El Naturalista's Stella is a covered-toe cork sandal with a slight wedge and ankle strap.  Flexible, comfortable, and supportive this is a rare find as anyone who can't (or doesn't) wear open-toe sandals to the office, in cities, or otherwise doesn't want to show toe.
